Airsickness
Airsickness is a common problem that is suffered by many people when they fly. This problem takes the form of a type of motion sickness. It is thought that airsickness is caused by the body’s confusion at the motion that it experiences when flying. The messages that your system sends when in flight may be confused which can bring about the feelings of airsickness that you have.
People will suffer from various symptoms when it comes to airsickness. Some will have one or two symptoms and others may have all of the possible symptoms associated with this problem. So, for example if you feel airsick then you have feelings of nausea and you may actually vomit. You may also feel that you have problems with your balance such as having feelings of vertigo. Other common symptoms include sweating, headache, a feeling of tiredness and loss of appetite.
People suffer from airsickness to varying degrees. Some, for example, may simply feel a little nauseous and out of sorts whilst they are flying. Others may feel so bad that they cannot function properly when in the air and flying here can be a real ordeal. There are various over the counter and traditional remedies that can be taken to help avoid the symptoms of airsickness which may be worth looking at if you suffer from this problem.
